Former landowner's family nest. Rychkovo village, Orenburg region. The village is called by the name of the merchant who founded it - Rychkov. The estate is huge, it included a park nearby. True, now nothing is left of it, everything is overgrown with bushes ... And the building itself is large. How many floors there were is not entirely clear. Judging by the windows from the facade - two floors. And if you look from the side - then all three.
The ceilings between the floors were wooden, so they have not survived to this day. Only the skeleton of the building has survived. The walls are thick, in some places the masonry is 4 full-fledged bricks. History has not preserved the exact date of construction, unfortunately. It remains only to trust the locals, who claim that the building has been standing here since the beginning of the 18th century.

Rychkov's estate is included in the list of cultural heritage sites. There was a lot of talk about the need to restore the monument of architecture. But, as always, everything remained only in the plans.

There is a legend that a chest of gold is hidden somewhere in the house. Immured in the wall. Treasure seekers with metal detectors examined all the walls several times, looking for the entrance to the basement. But so far no chest has been found. But the search does not stop. :)
