The innate aptitude or capacity to accomplish a function is known as talent.
You are given with the "knack" or "instinct" needed to accomplish a task or display a specific quality when you have talent in that area.
However, this merely indicates that you have the "raw mechanism."
So you have the necessary tools or equipment to do the abilities. You cannot perform or use your abilities to their full potential until you understand how to use, manage, and govern these resources efficiently and effectively.
This is where "doing the work" comes into play. "Hard work" combined with your natural abilities and instincts will propel you to heights that others will never reach.
However, talent alone will not enough.
You must put in "hard work" - practise, training, and effort - to perfect your "talents."
Your innate skill will not shine until you take steps to earn experience, knowledge, and training in relation to your talent. Others will soon surpass your achievements.
To shine brilliantly and remain colourful, talent requires fuel/energy (hard labour)
A talent is a true gift. It gives you an advantage, but if you take a break to smell the roses, you'll be overtaken at the finish line...you must keep spinning.
Look at successful persons in sports, the arts, or entertainment; they do not rest on their laurels.
You can have all of the talent you want. You will miss opportunities to achieve the level of success that you can achieve if you do not work hard to keep it active and show it to others.
When you put in the effort, your talent becomes your wildcard - that untapped resource you can tap into.
If you don't put in the effort, your gift will remain dormant and slowly fade away, like a candle without a flame.
The energy that powers our abilities, goals, desires, and talents to shine brightly is the separating element
In almost every case, hard work is the trigger for success. Working hard is the fundamental and sustaining aspect that allows you to achieve exceptional results. It's what sets you apart from the competitors.
The practise and preparation you employ to hone and enhance your innate skills and abilities is referred to as hard work. As a result, hard work gets you to the finish line first.
