Living one day at a time means savoring every moment of encounter with ourselves and with our loved ones. It is to take up again those plans we had with the changes that time itself has brought about. I learned after the end of the confinement and this new post pandemic world that nothing is more important than taking the time to enjoy the small details, that I should no longer run anywhere, that I need to breathe deeply and calmly before any situation that I think may become a problem and solve that which I can, that which is in my hands and stop thinking of solutions to things that are impossible.

Living one day at a time is an expression of our gratitude to our own being. Once all this virus starts to be part of our day to day life it is even more necessary to stop stressing and start building a life of value, how many times we leave for later those moments and people that today can no longer be enjoyed. We must learn from all this situation that has affected us all as members of this common home and only through that learning we can overcome this period of our passage through the universe with the full awareness that we are more than a mass that occupies a space we are part of the balance or chaos of life on the planet trying to live one day at a time.
