3 cups thick shredded mushrooms
3 cups coarsely chopped endive lettuce
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 Cup of pear in very thin strips
100 gr of Manchego cheese in cubes
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
In a salad bowl mix or layer the mushrooms, lettuce, grape, pear and cheese
Beat the oil, add the juice little by little until it is integrated, season with salt and pepper
Bathe the salad before serving
