It's better to be late than never, right?
This post marks the 7th day for the contribution to the #colorsplash challenge and so I wanted to showcase the best (I think).
From afar, this tiny flower doesn't really showcase a magnificent look. But when seen up-close then it became more interesting because of the radiating warm hue splash from its center.
I think that the color splash editing technique works well with this kind of subject. It created a minimalist look which I really like. Basically, the flower and the background seem like a white canvas while the splash of magenta became the centerpiece of this painting-like image.
