I chose something light as dinner, not because i chose a healthier habit, i just went for walking today for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes and i didn't want to eat too much because i got tired and i wanted to make it worth it in the end of the day.
I had strawberries and apricots so i was thinking to add yogurt.
I went at the supermarket for shopping and i saw that yogurt and i bought it.
I added 2 apricots and 2 strawberries. The strawberries were perfect but the apricots weren't taste the same good.
Btw the corn flakes were on top of the yogurt as package.
