My Name is Timothy Gunnison, I am an artist who works in pencil, ink and Acrylics. I love to share my works. I have periodically sold a few pieces, but mainly do it as recreation.
I am 66 years old on retirement social security and live alone in a home of an elderly man who is legally blind and deaf, so that he can get around to do his hobbies of managing a booth at a local Flea Market, (more of a hobby to him then an income).
I live in Prattville, Alabama renting a room in a home and mainly spend my day having nothing but the computer, I really lately, living here don't have room to work on my works, so I am currently not doing anything but assisting this man to get around in his truck, (I have no vehicle, It became so broken that I had to sell it 3 years ago).
I went to study Art Studio as a major and Art History as a minor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1980-84. Since then worked many jobs in Birmingham, but when I retired I moved closer to a friend I had coming to Prattville in 2015.
This is me next to the old van that I had to let go 3 years ago.
I live a simple life and love to meet people. However, since moving in here this man has lived a life as a hermit and I agreed not to have people over. Which was fine, since I had mostly people far away that I contact through email and social media. But, I got lonely . Since I started Steemit in 2017 and left it, but now I am back to reclaim what I had. So I am now, hopefully find good friends here and enjoy sharing my life, and my art and stories with all of you.
