This is a collage that I made through the app called Nichi. It's a bit limited, but I love the simple aesthetic.
Do you say no when you mean yes and yes when you mean no? If so, then you are like me and have unhealthy boundaries. Let us become better and learn to be honest with ourselves and others. It does no good to constantly say yes when you want to take a break or be untrue to yourself.
I sound like I'm preaching, but this is more of a reminder to myself than anybody else. I struggle with this boundary daily.
