I was feeling sad, so i took a walk
It was spooky and dark
Perfect for my state of mind
Down the narrow road, side by side
Trees were lined
My head felt hollow
Hollow as my bed
How can i be living yet feel so dead
It's sunny and dry but my eyes
Are getting wet

No! am not crying..

On that narrow road that seem like a boulevard
I began thinking, my thoughts
The only thing not barred
It was where my questions were aired
Mostly not to be answered
If i die today
Will i go to heaven or hell most
Likely my destination?
Will i die with a smile on my face
Or an expression of depression?
Will i give up ghost in satisfaction?
If i die today
Maybe just maybe they'll pay
More attention to my life
Maybe just maybe they'll listen
To my silent sobs
Maybe just maybe they'll realize
That I've been shouting for help
Maybe just maybe they'll look
Down on my wombed soil with guilt!
And then it happened, I hit my toe on a barricaded rock. Hereby, bringing all my thoughts to a halt!

Then it occurred to me, that I may not get the answers to my queries
If i die today! So i keep living!
