Did you know this about Cashew nuts?
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE
Just returning after a long vacation. i miss everyone, hope everyone is good, well am good all thanks to God. am alive, what more can i say..
The cashew is technically not a nut at all—it's a seed that grows on a cashew apple. Cashew apples grow on trees, scientifically called Anacardium occidentale, that are native to Brazil, north america, Africa and some parts of Europe. The apple, with the seed still attached, is picked from the tree branch. The seed is then pulled off, dried, and steamed by hand. The apple has a sweet-sour taste.
