Second: We start looking for simple solutions, which each of us can

When talking about solutions, we always turn to specialists, who consider that most traits are not born with a person, but rather are acquired, formed according to upbringing and environment.
This evidence raises hope within us, because, as some say, (nature prevails over temperament), therefore, if normal character is normal, a person can control it and change it by God’s command.
And when we look for a solution:
We must determine the cause of the problem, and then determine a solution that suits it.
Example: Put yourself in the place of those whose nerves are agitated, and breathe your anger in them.
Of course you will be alienated, so you can control
In your nerves, slowly you will control yourself.
Accept advice:
And what I mean is advice given with love, and in secret.
