The pain is real! the struggle is real! you can't do anything about it.

sometimes you might be helpless about all your problems but do your self a favor by staying strong.
Believe, you shall rise again. Life is full of problems sometimes it seems like our happy day's are numbered but don't get broken or loose hope 💔
That is life for you, accepting your pain will make the pain more easier for you.

sometimes the pain we feel are caused by us and sometimes they are caused by people around us, maybe strangers, family, loved once etc

But just know that it is okay to feel pain, it is okay to go through problem, it is okay to cry sometimes, it is okay to have problem.

**Do you know what is not okay? **

Not getting up and fighting for your self,
Wallowing in pain for so long, not letting go of past hurt.

Just know that everything will be fine!!

heal your self from this hurt you are feeling. I know the pain is sometimes overwhelming but remember, the bible, Jesus said, " let your heart not be burdened for I am with you "

Heal that broken heart. It is not easy but it is not impossible, we all are battling with one thing or the other, but the difference is some persons problem are better than others. Let's pray for a good and better days, everything will be fine
