Finding it hard

Recently, I've been finding it hand to talk to anyone here. It's like everyone here is chasing something. It's kinda funny because I only see people with alot of subscribers and follows. They said it Steemit gives the users a reward for things they do here... But I don't really know where and how the reward comes or goes.... And I'll ask again... Please I need a place to followup with the Activities here
