My Morning Breakfast
Today for the breakfast i had some dates as it is good for the helth & Dates contain at least six vitamins including a small amount of vitamin C & vitamin B.

I eat rice &meat with onion. I did my lunch.
& meat is an excellent sorce of various vitamin and minerals, these including vitamin B6 vitamin B12, zinc, iron etc

So today mo prepared my favorite dinner rice & paneer. I enjoyed it with my mom
