Dear Friends,
How are you all? I hope you all are using masks and sanitizer. Today after a long time, I am here with a thought that comes to my mind after talking with one of my relatives.
As I mentioned in my earlier post, I visited my aunt's house because of some personal issues.
While discussing some topics, I often found people face problems because many of us didn't understand two-three things clearly, and those are:-
1.What should I say?
2.When to express?
3.How much to tell?
Let me tell you all those who know and understand these three things can overcome several problematic situations.
Before giving any answer, we need to understand the question. The biggest mistake we make is that before understanding the question;
We are ready to reply to them because the majority love to be a speaker rather than to be a good listener.
The second thing that often we do not follow;
When to speak or when to express!
Before speaking, we need to learn that we must talk when it is required, or if anyone asks to know anything;
otherwise our point of view will be valueless. We can only give suggestions when anyone asks for the same.
Talking unnecessarily and pointless can't give any solution, so before start speaking;
we must know how much to tell and when we must stop. All the above things I try to follow before starting any serious discussion.
I observe that knowledge and experiences do not come with age;
but it comes with the practical situations that we face every day. The selection of words is also very crucial while speaking with someone.
Our respect is on our hands, so lastly, I would say think before you speak.
Though I am the youngest member of my entire family;
Then also, everyone calls me for any serious discussion and allows me to communicate to make the final decision.
Therefore I would say, It is not only our age but our experiences that make us mature.
That's all for today. Stay healthy, happy, and maintain social distance.
