we are many and are becoming more and more, but I see a lot of postings that have only received a few upvotes. We have to get better there 😊.
To my delegators.
I don't know what your motivation was for delegating SP to me. As an investment, it's a bad idea. Not only can I give you a 100% upvote for every post, then I have no longer voting power for other members of this community. If you see your delegation as an investment in only your own growth, then please withdraw the delegation. Do you want to support the community (through me) then let it exist. I am very grateful to you for that.
However, I will mostly send my votes to weak accounts. Everyone should have noticed that I don't vote myself. I actually want the Account Booster to do what I said when I founded it. Everyone should be able to benefit from the mutual support and grow.
I can't understand why some posts only get 4-5 upvotes. For the members it is totally demotivating if nobody supports them. With almost 6,000 members, each post should receive at least 50 upvotes.
I also see that the majority of the published content in our community is not really of high quality. Maybe we can get a little better here 😊.
Unfortunately we only have few members with larger SP amounts in our community. We also do not receive any support from the large Steemit accounts. We have to live with it as it is. I can not change it.
Here on the Steem blockchain, no one is going to grow fast without real investment. Many new users give up quickly because growth is too slow for them. In the long run, however, everyone has the chance to build something here. There is a saying in Germany: Good things take a long time.

We should all start writing @tipu guides mixed with Account Booster group guides, mixed together as singular guides, so people are posting in the Account Booster group, building earnings, then turning around and Delegating to @tipu abd voting for others, as well as @upvu, etc.
Then creating Curation Trails, so we can all follow each other's votes. If this group became a guide to Automation of Account earnings, and the concept it is now, it would grow more quickly as new users become a Community that shares like STEEM Bots with each other.

I personally think you should start here first too. If you go ahead and follow this guide you can create a Token very easily from your Cell phone, then we can talk to the PoloniDEX/Poloniex people about listing you. They want to see an active community, but that creates a whole new discussion, you make an announcement and tell people how to earn them. You can even start to pay people with the Token to complete projects, such as Cloning ETH Smart Contracts. We will get more into what you can do with that later.

I have been talking to the NutBox Dev, operator of the @nutbox.mine Program at NutBox.io and they have surpassed @tipu in Delegation and have it set up a little better with all the rewards and everything. That is not to say @tipu should not be used, because people should be making all their own stuff. There should be 1,000 Delegation Programs and 1,000,000 different groups. Facebook works because there are so many groups.
We should see ourselves as like early Facebook adopters, or early Bitcoin Miners, etc. Eventually these platforms will be filled, we are something like Pioneers blazing Trails for others to follow, creating that trodden path in the Forrest or Field for others to follow without our knowledge or benefit years and years after we have passed.

It wouldn't take too many, others will come in once they see us earning, it is a Cycle, it will actually raise the price of our Votes when STEEM goes up.
If 5 new people make Tokens, this doesn't itself have to happen, but this could spread to other STEEM groups and we could have 5-10 New Tokens on Steemit quickly.
But if tomorrow those people could Buy 2,000,000 STEEM easy, and not hurt too much because Liquidity is good, they could then just hold that and build it. And then if that gets recycled back and forth with their customers or clients buying STEEM with Tokens and Tokens with earnings, making their own Tokens, etc. It just all keeps going and eventually there are just like 1,000,000,000 Steemit users, etc.
Once the community has a Token, and everyone has actual mechanisms to follow to earn, the group here will grow for sure, and new people will come in.
BTC is $80,000 and I was there when it was under $5.00 so it's like that,

Then it just kept growing and growing, people started trading Gold and Silver for BTC and LTC and it just went up and up.

So, just as an example, there are Contracts for Airdroping Coins, and someone could Clone that and out it here, so then that expands what will be a TRX market that opens for Steemit users in this group, because our Tokens would swap for TRX not STEEM directly, so we could then start Airdroping Tokens on each other, and the main Token could be dropped in a GiveAway thread with Wallets in the comments.

Well, i delegated you some SP to have for sure weekly votes from you, and you could have higher upvotes at the same time (15 SP aren't enough of course).
As for the quality posts usually i don't have too, because i don't get more than 10 upvotes when i'm trying my best so it's kind of waste of time to write so much without responding. And it's not ok because i have give so much STEEM through my contest but still, i don't get votes.

Steem has changed alot since I was last here! Lots of stuff happened since then and Steem fell by the wayside! I hope to be posting alot more now, and help up voting posts!
