And secondly, it's always better to make any offer regarding your account transfer in the community first before searching for it elsewhere. And considering the powering down period of only 4 weeks, it would be easier to sell all your STEEM than the a/c as a whole. You will get plenty of time to dispose off your crypto assets even after any such law is enacted.
