Today I will share my freshness this afternoon.
Incidentally some time ago I was called by my brother named Abdul Halim. He invited us to sit and chat at our friend's house, Dr. Tarmizi Abbas.
My brother Abdul Halim brought Dutch durian fruit which is often known as soursop fruit.
But this time the soursop fruit that was brought was not ripe soursop but still half ripe.
The goal is to eat fresh vegetables that we will eat while chatting.
Before eating, my brother first prepared some ingredients to be used as spices such as small chilies, salt and sugar.
First the small chilies are pulled out by the tail and washed.
Next, the three ingredients are combined with a small chili, salt and sugar into the grinder that has been provided.

After the three ingredients are combined into the ulek, then the ingredients are ground as finely as possible.
After the seasoning is finished, then the soursop fruit is washed and cut into the desired size. Then we immediately ate it with super spicy seasoning. It makes me drool making me salivate while writing this post. Even though I almost had diarrhea when I ate it.

Soursop fruit is not a true fruit, which is quite large in size up to 20-30 cm and weighs up to 2.5 kg. The so-called "fruit" is actually a collection of fruits (aggregate fruit) with a single seed that overlaps and loses the boundaries between fruits.

Soursop fruit is very good if consumed either by way of juice or by eating it for granted. Soursop fruit can also sterilize toxins in the body, this is really very useful for us.
