Good day everyone and I trust we're all doing fine!!! Thank you @bright-obias,@belenguerra and @badsha1 for this great platform to talk about our preferable weather condition. Before we go into the contest proper,let's look at the definition of weather. Weather can be defined as the state of the atmosphere at a particular place and time as regards heat,cloudiness,dryness,sunshine,wind, rain etc. Most times,the weather condition in our various countries or states tends to have some effects on our daily activities. For example,planning to have an outing with a friend,getting all dressed up only for the weather to show signs of rainfall. Heartbreaking,right!!! Well,thank God for weather forecast,this doesn't have to be an issue all the time. Now to the main events of the day...

My favorite weather is the cloudy weather. This is because the environment tends to be cool. A cloudy weather means the entire sky is covered by clouds. Just imagine having such weather and you are indoors with some good food,electricity and movies. Heavenly,right!! LOL!!! I just love this weather because the weather won't be hot and then again,I don't have to worry about the rain ruining the little good roads we have left. To me,the cloudy weather tends to be cool and it puts you in the right mood to get things done. You don't get to worry about how hot the sun is or how bad the roads are because of the rain. A cloudy weather is also called "overcast." The clouds tends to be grey in color when the weather is cloudy.

The weather I dislike is the sunny weather and I dislike it because everywhere becomes hot and there is this energy it brings with it,you won't have the zeal to do anything because you will feel so exhausted even though you haven't had much to do for the day due to how hot the weather is.

THE ABOVE MENTIONED WEATHER TYPE HAS VALUES THAT THEY BRING TO THE PLANET EARTH. FOR YOUR PREFERRED WEATHER TYPE,TELL US THE IMPORTANCE?

Some importance of a cloudy weather are as follows:

• It contributes to cooling the earth because the clouds reflects some of the sun's energy called solar energy or shortwave radiation.
• It helps us think more clearly.
• Our minds are less distracted.
• Our minds at drawn inwards to think more deeply.
• It improves our focus on a task.

WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS OF A CLOUDY WEATHER?

Even though I love this weather,I know it may have its own bad side sometimes. One major implication of a cloudy weather is that it blocks light and heat from the sun to reflect on earth. Also,due to the storm that come(most times,cloudy weather means that a storm is coming),it causes dusts to be flying around and fog that comes with cloudy weather makes it difficult to see when outside.

WHY ARE CLOUDY WEATHER CLOUDS GREY?

This is because when many clouds are together,they cast shadows on other clouds causing the clouds to look grey.

WHY IS THE AIR COOLER WHEN THE WEATHER IS CLOUDY?

The air is cooler when the weather is cloudy because the clouds blocks light and heat from the sun which in the makes the atmosphere to be cooler.
