Here's What I Have To Say

I can answer this question perfectly because I live in countryside Himachal Pradesh. Its not like that but I too, have lived in Chennai, Mumbai and transit frequently through Delhi. Other than that I have spent remarkable time in various Indian Cities. City life is great. However a bit hectic and noisy when it comes to countryside living , which is comparably peaceful and calm.

Lets Compare few factors;

CITIES: Many people live in Flats/Apartments and very few have their private homes or bungalows. Living there will never be like homely as there is nothing yours beyond your Door.

COUNTRYSIDE HP: You will never find a Flat/Apartment there as it will be your Villa and farm. Its all yours and there will be nobody to stop you of doing within your boundaries.

CITIES: You will have access to supermarkets, shopping malls, home delivery systems and rapid Transport.

COUNTRYSIDE HP: Even though you are far from cities but you will have access to Daily needs and provisions at few Kilometers. The time you spend driving through city traffic will be more than the time you visit nearby town to access all those facilities. If you need to travel to Mumbai from Delhi via a flight, it may take 2 hours to reach Airport (IGI) by some part of city in rush hours. But in HP, You may also reach the nearest airport in 2–5 hours because there are 4 Airports accessible from all major regions.

CITIES: You inhale polluted and toxic air. You deal with daily mismanaged garbage. You deal with traffic jams and high dust levels. You will face extreme high temperatures and live on an artificial AC Life. You will be exposed to dangerous diseases in monsoon time and may experience deadly fog in winters.

COUNTRYSIDE HP: You are far away from pollution. Sky will be dark blue always and there will be no jams and dust. Also you will have access to good garbage management systems and will find no use of polythene (Its banned in HP). In summers you will enjoy the heat and so the other seasons. There will be no Fog in winters but will enjoy frequent snowfall and sunny day all the time. Rains will be pleasant and will be green every time.

CITIES: Social life in cities is also a disturbing one. You will have to face your cunning neighbors every time and may not meet or see your loved ones and friends always , even if they live nearby you. Your Life will be fast and running, while you will experience a lot of workload. Sparing time for leisure and entertainment will draw your money.

COUNTRYSIDE HP: You will see the things highly moral and social here. Your life will be smooth and the nature will never make you tired because the picture in front of you will be dynamic.

Apart from that its LIFE and moreover its our country. Wherever we live we have to take part in its progress. City life is important for the growth of our country and its the backbone of our nation. All we can do is to bring city-like facilities around countryside and countryside atmosphere in Cities. Life is blessed everywhere and I prefer countryside.
