Green color and supported by blazing sun

I found an unusual moment in this one plant, located in a park which is the area where I live. I feel like there's something wrong with this flower and it's not usual, why? because the color that I see is not normal, from dark green to green that is so clear, because of the sunlight, without thinking long I caught it with the cellphone camera that I have.
