The Mushrooms I Have Found In The Yard This Year (so far)

It has been a real dry year so had not seen many mushrooms this year. There were not many in the spring, a few more in the fall. All the photos are right from my yard. It finally rained allot so some mushrooms came around. It is still summer, though the fall feeling has started to set in. Perhaps it will stay wet and will have more mushrooms to discover.

The mushrooms on the photo above are growing on wood. They look real neat and squishy!!

I also found some mushrooms I think may be psychedelic. Not sure exactly what time it is

Some looked kinda deformed and they are girdled. They have a darker band compared to the rest of the cap. The spore print is black. I know to just admire them. Now if I was in BC Canada I would look out for liberty caps! Those are super potent magic mushrooms that grow in cow fields.

I found some other white mushrooms. Don't know what they are but they looked neat!

I was real glad to find some special mushrooms and fungus growing in the yard this year. I will go out and about again soon and maybe find some more. Hopefully it stays warm a long time and wet enough
