Past few weeks have been a roller coaster for my mental health.... i have been dealing with anxiety since i was in school.

I feel good today after so many days.

I came across a very cool page on Instagram called majesticprompts.

They post really cool pictures with one unique word a day .
I learned a few and i am sharing them with you .
