When you are really super happy with your current job, there should be a considerable raise in discussion. Quality of life is worth more than money.
Of course it depends on your present situation in life. If you don't have family and you like change per se, then a lower offer might be adequate.
Knowing your work for the Steem community, I am sure you can't be overpaid. 😎

If I was really happy with my company I would talk with that boss and tell honestly about the offer I've had.
Could be even that they don't want to let you go, give you a raise and or promotion.

Depends on the position/work that you'll be in. If it will make your quality of life much better, then go for it.

I do not see the need of leaving if the job is great. If you think this one is even better with better colleagues leave. If not stay. I would not offer you more for staying. If an employee leaves he's not motivated and good for the company.
No job pays good enough if you work in a lousy environment, are abused, have no rights and feel miserable._

If I would be super happy, then I would have no reason to switch my job.
"Super happy" includes a much more than enough salary.
That would mean I can save a lot of money.

Actually I would change for other reasons than money.
Thus, 0% or minus salary would be ok!
