-Wash Your Hands Often
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds periodically after public exposure, sneezing, coughing etc.
If soap and water is not available use hand sanitizer having about 60% alcohol until your hands feel dry
Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes and mouth with unclean hands.
-Avoid Close Contact
Avoid contact with people who are sick. Most importantly avoid public gathering
-Stay Home If Sick
Endeavour to stay at home if sick unless to consult medical care
-Cover Cover Cough and sneezes
Cover cough and sneezes with tissues or use the middle of your elbow. Dispose tissue after use and wash hands for at least 30seconds with soap. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
-Wear A Face Mask
Always wear a face mask if you are sick especially when you are around people
-Clean and Disinfect
Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces like the tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
Clean surfaces with soap and water prior to disinfection.
