Whoa. This is a serious case of #TodayILearned. Never knew that adrenal glands could cause anything to do with back pain. Just goes to show how interconnected our bodies really are.

That aside, I am glad you were able to find an island of serenity in your ocean of hustle. All work and no play will -- eff up your back apparently 😁
