Sweet! I'm a total label reader, I can't believe I missed that the sardines I keep around had vitamin d! I was eating them for the EPA/DHA (fish oil) and totally missed that they had this also.. I just chose them as they were marked as being sustainably caught etc. You are reinforcing one of my favorite quick foods! I usually eat them on a salad with some balsamic vinegar...sometimes with a cut up apple. Yum!!
