I read the links you gave and also came across one where a couple from Phoenix took chloroquine that they use to clean their fish tanks, and the husband died! They weren't even sick, just afraid and I believe that is because of the mass hysteria you're talking about, some people obsessively follow the news; good to stay informed but one can easily start panicking!
