Fennel is usually available in your home. And it is used as a spice. Fennel contains a lot of nutrients. Fennel is a good source of calcium as well as iron and sodium. Fennel also contains mineral elements like potassium.

Most of us know that fennel has many benefits. But do you know that fennel is helpful in reducing weight or also reducing obesity? Yes, fennel has many nutrients that can help you to lose weight and overcome obesity .. Aniseed contains a lot of fiber. Which makes you feel full. This saves you from consuming more calories and helps in losing weight. By eating it you can control your obesity.

  • If you want to reduce weight or obesity and want to benefit from fennel, then you have to include fennel in your diet. You can add it to the diet by making fennel tea or taking aniseed water.

  • Soak one or two teaspoons of fennel in a glass of water overnight. As soon as you wake up in the morning, drink it first.

  • Take one spoon of fennel seeds. Put them in hot water. Make sure that you do not boil them. Excessive boiling can destroy their nutrients. Now keep it covered for about a minute. Drink it two to three times a day.
