You want to regenerate thoroughly and become super vibrant in body? Melons are your best companion on that journey.
They deeply alkalinize our system and balance our pH values so that each part of our body can function at its best. Due to Medical Medium especially cantaloupe melons are also calming for our nerves and let us move through stressful passages with more ease.
Since they travel very fast through our digestive system, they don’t require a lot of energy and keep us light on our feet. This also means that they should be eaten alone - why? Well, when a food is supposed to move quickly through stomach and intestines but is eaten together with or after a slower food, the melon gets stuck in the stomach for longer than expected. Fermentation takes place which results in bloating and other digestive issues. It can even lead to a noticeable alcohol level in our blood.
So don’t mix melon and drive, everyone. Or better just don’t mix melon. 😄
When a fruit is of great quality (buying seasonal, organic and local usually makes a big difference) it tastes so good that we usually don’t need anything else to make a delicious meal. The fruit itself can then give us all that our taste buds need to get fully satisfied. If you are new to mono-mealing (eating a whole meal out of one fruit) try it with your favorite fruit first and slowly experiment with some other goodies.
