Besides vitamin A, carrots have many other vitamins in them which are good for the body in many ways. Carrots have vitamin K in them, which is good for healthy blood clotting and good for the bones. Carrots also have vitamin C which is great for healing wounds and cuts, and vitamin B6; which helps with mood and regulating hormones.
