Raw vegan treats

I became a bit over ambitious for this weeks unbake for the cafe. I made a selection of raw vegan gooodies including

Raw vegan chocolate donuts with a vanilla glaze and freeze dried raspberries.

Raw vegan bee pollen chocolates.

Raw vegan bounty bars made with coconut cream, desiccated coconut, maple syrup and covered in raw chocolate.

Chocolate molten lava cakes with a goooey chocolate centre.

Raw vegan vanilla and cacao nib chocolates, I also made orange blossom ones.

And finally mini lemon cakes with a lemon glaze, I half created this recipe and will share when I have a bit more energy!
