Anyone who's seen me recently says I've lost weight. With the fact that I'm usually home eating and sleeping, I don't get why I should slim down. I don't do much so I thought the fat deposits would rather increase but it seems I'm rather experiencing the opposite. I don't wanna be a fatso, but I don't wanna be too lean either. Most of the foods here in Ghana are high in carbohydrates. I don't eat meat/fish a lot. Fatty foods are not common. Need to find a way to maintain my physique before I get any worse.
