Have you ever lost a love one? This feeling is heart breaking. Thinking about the good memories you had when the person was alive and the level of compatibility makes you loose yourself. One's love do stay in the heart and whenever they leave us, we get so heartbroken.
Many people have lost the very strength and have copied certain lifestyle and behaviours because they couldn't contain to heartbreaks the loved one gave to them.
Death has a severe pain it courses people and they turn to grieve the loved one for a long period of time and if they do not get the right counselling, they give up and join the dead.
Growing up, I have always seen how a lot of people moarn their loved ones. Some become so disturbed that, it affects their places of work and their whole being. We ask ourselves about why these things do happen? and the answer becomes that "love is so strong"

A lot of people become alcoholic and drunkards due to the pain their close relative or friend gave them through death. When they realise the pain is too heavy to bare, they seek for things that can help them lessen the pain they have. They can't sleep at night, they can't eat. Their life becomes so restricted that nothing becomes ok to them. This creates addiction. Good people have unknowingly become something else due to how they addressed their own pain. They turn to say that, "I become ok when I take the alcohol". My Sunday school teacher can't come to church any longer because he is always on alcohol. The news of his wife's death hit him.
How then can we address the sight of pain when we loose our love one. How do we grieve them?
I personally think that, we must always let people close to us understand what we are going through. We must take take to grieve our loved ones. It isn't easy though but time can heal us. If things get so worst I advise we shouldn't sleep alone, but get people around us. Give your system the chance to feel the pain, this is because it helps you to know how well you love your loved one. Do not be too bitter on yourself. Engage in lots of activities, talk to friends and do not be too isolated from them. Time heals and you will get better with time. Our system has a mechanism to forget what happens naturally.
I lost my grandmother yesterday, so the whole family is grieving
