Yeah, it’s been surprising to see which habits stick and which ones fade. For example, I’ve kept up with my home workouts, but I’ve noticed that I’m spending more time socializing in person again, whereas during the pandemic, everything was virtual. I think some habits, like setting boundaries with technology, will stick around for a while because they’ve had such a positive impact on my mental health. On the flip side, I’m slowly getting back into a more flexible schedule with work, balancing remote and office time. It’s all about finding what works best and adapting as needed. Speaking of adapting, if you’re thinking about making changes to your home environment—whether for productivity or comfort—check out Doors installation in San-Francisco https://consolewindows.com/doors-installation-replacement-san-francisco/. Sometimes upgrading your physical space can complement the lifestyle changes you’re making, like letting more natural light into your home or creating a peaceful, private space. It’s all about creating an environment that supports the new you!
