Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru

Today we will talk about the first Prime Minister of India , Jawahar Lal Nehru. He was born on 14 November in the year 1889 in Allahabad.

He was also famous by the name of Pandit Nehru because of his legacy that joined with the Kashmiri Pandits.

For Kids he was famoush by the name of Chacha Nehru (Chacha means Uncle in English Literature).
He was a teacher and that's why holds a special position in the heart of children and chacha nehru was also the name that was taken by the children.

Jawahar Lal Nehru served as Prime Minister of India from August 15, 1947 to May 27, 1964. He has also one of the major leaders that helped India in gainin on 27 Mayg Independence.

Now I can talk about him and his work he has done before the Independence and after the Independence but for today's post we will see his contribution to India after India gained Independence.

Before I start here is another thing about our first Prime minister.
Jawaharlal Nehru was also a key leader of the Indian National Congress and the independence movement.

His contributions include :

1. He builded IITS that means he know the importance of education and still till date there are IITs that was established by Chacha Nehru.
2. He builded so many dams for the country for proper irrigation process.
3. He wrote a book named as Discovery of India that focused on the culture of India. One can understand India and it's culture properly after reading the book.
4. He came up with the idea of emphasizing Industries on the basis of 5 years plan that helped India becoming strong in the Insustrial section.
5. Unlike nathuram gode and mohammad ali jinnah , Jawahar Lal Nehru loved the idea of secularism and took India forward with this idea.
6. He helped India to be known Internationally as well.

Jawaharlal Nehru died in the year 1964 on 27 May in New Delhi.

Today the history is being manipulated at a very fast rate. Social Books in schools are editing the real knowledge with false.
I won't blame or take names but i have told the truth.
