The reality of obesity is a painful reality, in fact, that deprives its owners of precious moments and opportunities in their lives. The fat body always takes a bad impression on society on its owner, but will I keep my life complete with the body that I myself hate, I strongly hate looking at myself in women, I did not get any Romantic relationship because of my weight, obesity was a knot for me, will I stay as I am?

My story with obesity is a sad story with a happy ending. My story with obesity was as a series full of drama, sadness and problems that do not end until the end that the viewer remains excited and anxious to see. I remembered one day at night I was looking for a cure for obesity, I read a lot of articles and watched many videos, but always clashed with advice that I had always heard and knew and which did not help, my most questions at the time were how can I have a perfect body like everyone else? Diet for the treatment of obesity

Did you know what I meant by the reverse diet, it is a severe diet I made myself related to my problem?

At the beginning of the diet, I was satisfied with only three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I didn't eat anything between the three meals.

I had breakfast at 10 am. The meal was a cup of skimmed milk, two eggs (only eggs). As you know, dear (T) the reader (e) is rich in proteins to provide you with the necessary energy for a long time and add a banana to that.

After 5 hours, i.e. at 3 o'clock, I take the lunch meal, which is a salad rich in vegetables, rice, or meat, but reduce the amount as much as possible. I do not eat until full, but I stop eating when I feel the hunger is gone.

As for dinner, leave it until 8 pm and be light, no more than soup or drink, in addition to an apple that helps digest the meal, and I do not eat anything after that until the next day.

I spent a month with this diet, cut bread, sugar, sweets, carbohydrates, fast food, and noticed a weight loss, but I touched it significantly in the second month, as I moved from three meals a day to two meals, breakfast and dinner while staying on the same foods so that breakfast I made it at 12 midday and dinner at 7 pm.

In addition, I used to fast at least two days a week for 20 hours.
