Stress, pressure… stress when we are at work, pressure from superiors, accumulation of work ... and stress when we are on the road, because we are always in a hurry, there is a traffic jam and stress at home, because of bills, work in the house...
Everything could be allright, if we didn’t have the huge production of worries, distresses and pressures in us, on a daily basis.
When we’re on vacation, we forget quite a bit about all of this.
The daily production of thoughts that frighten us, do not let us sleep, they just accumulate and when there are too many of them, then we feel heaviness, anxiety, panic.
And when we visit a doctor, he reassures us with a sentence - you're fine, it's all in your head.
But if you make an effort, you can agree with the doctor, because it's really all in your head, as long as you learn to think differently, you stop worrying, because when you are under stress, you do bad to yourself, and this is also shown in your health.
They don’t say in vain, that stress is a silent killer. That is why we need to be aware of this and take ourselves in hand, we need to start looking differently at problems and dealing differently with the problems that come.
As soon as you worry and find yoursepf under stress, observe the stress as soon as it occurs, analyze it and then realize the situation that has arisen, as much as possible.
