Last blood is a film first of all about John Rambo, her niece and a group of drug cartels. Though we are not sure if she's a blood relative or more a chosen family relative. The movie began when Rambo peaceful life was interrupted by the disappearance of Gabriela, his friend's granddaughter in mexico. he choose to free her from the hand's of the local cartels by starting a cycle of revenge against them.
Gabriela told Rambo that a friend of hers, Gizelle had found her biological father Manuel in mexico but Maria ( Rambo old friend) and Rambo told her not to go to mexico but Gabriela secretly went in search of her father who abandoned her. Gizelle led Gabriela to Manuel apartment where she confronted her father but Manuel told her that he never cares for her nor her mother anymore.
Gizelle took the heartbroken Gabriela to a club where she was drugged and kidnapped. when the news broke to maria ears she inform Rambo about the disappearance of Gabriela in mexico, then Rambo went in search of her but he met Gizelle who he threaten and out of fear led Rambo to the club and showed Rambo, El Flaco the last guy who spoke to Gabriela in the bar and El flaco led Rambo to the location of Gabriela. But Rambo was confronted, beaten and marked by the two brothers Hugo and Victor Martinez.
Carmen (an independent journalist) took Rambo to her home where she cared for Rambo for four days until full recovery. Meanwhile, Gabriela was stripped and drugged with heroin and sold out to be raped repeatedly.

Rambo raid one brothel where he found a drugged Gabriela who later died from the overdose of the heroin while they were driving home. due to the rage, Rambo sent maria away and rig the ranch( where he was staying to train his horse) with traps for any confrontation from Hugo and Victor.

Rambo raid Victor's home, killing several guards and decapitating victor. in retaliation, Hugo led a group of hit men to Rambo ranch where each of the hit men fall victim of the rigged traps and Hugo was the last to die where he was mutilated and heart was cut out by Rambo.

After the fight, a weakened Rambo was seen sitting on the porch of his father house , viewing to continue fighting and keep memories of his loved ones alive.
