這幾天看到很不錯的影片,影片中分享到活在當下的方法,除了使用五感感受身體和四周外,也可以試著把身體的每個動作放慢30%,我以這個方式試了一下,一開始會抗拒緩慢,但卻莫名更專注在當下,雖然還是會很容易回到想加速的感覺,但只要不斷提醒自己慢下來,也會有不錯的效果。
