Chopped Chicken Wings

  1. Prepare two pounds of chicken wings by cleaning them and then slashing them on both sides to make it easier for the flavours to seep in.

Cut a little garlic, ginger and chicken wings together, add 2g of chicken seasoning, a little sugar, 10g of cooking wine, 10g of soy sauce, 3g of soy sauce and 30g of chopped pepper sauce, marinate with your hands for 30 minutes to let the flavour of the sauce seep into the chicken wings.

  1. After 30 minutes, place the marinated chicken wings on a plate in order, drizzle evenly with the remaining sauce and place in a steamer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
    When it's about time, take out the steamed chicken wings and sprinkle them with spring onions while they're still hot, and you have a delicious, juicy chopped chicken wings.
