Fish stew with tomatoes
Ingredients.
Appropriate amount of fish, appropriate amount of tomatoes, appropriate amount of red pepper, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of bean paste, appropriate amount of coriander, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of thirteen spices.
Steps to prepare.
- Ingredients: fish pieces, ginger and garlic, tomatoes, peppers and spring onions.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the peppercorns and fry the fish until lightly browned on one side and turn over.
