Garlic and greens: greens
Wash a handful of fresh oleander
Cut some shredded red pepper to match the colour. In a small bowl, pour in the oyster sauce, steamed fish and soy sauce and mix well with a spoon
Blanch the greens, drizzling some bright greens in the water.
When the water is boiling, blanch the greens for 30 seconds, then pour them out to control the water.
Then arrange the greens on a plate, pour the seasoning evenly over the bowl and sprinkle with minced garlic and shredded red pepper. Finish with some hot oil. This simple dish is ready to be served.
Made in 2 minutes, the greens are green, tender and tasty.
