My Monday morning calls for a high intensity workout after consuming extra calories from the simply addicting McDonald's mcmuffins and extra cheesy pizza we made yesterday. So I joined the HIIT class that lasted a little over an hour.
Today's goal was to have a good workout...
...and what makes a workout a good workout?
I believe if I can get myself to finish the whole workout by giving all my best, it's a great workout.
Even though the first set of it felt like I was just going through the motions and recall dragging myself just keep pushing and not to quit before the timer stops, that feeling of accomplishment after a workout is great!
You see the feelings will come and go, it doesn't matter what day it is, if you can get to the gym and finish your workout, it's a good one. Even though it's just for the sake of going through the motions.
Sometimes it doesn't matter whether you're happy or sad, whether you're motivated or depressed, whether you're strong or weak before you enter the floor. What counts is that you completed the exercise be how you feel after. Do you feel more alive, happy, and motivated to be productive throughout the day.
We all have our own fitness goals such as working out to look healthy or to gain a lot of muscles but when you set your mind that your going to lose weight because you work out, that doesn't happen all the time. It will depend on body composition. Just remember that your body is designed of what you out in it and your workout comes next to it.
You are the only one who can choose which path to take and understanding fitness and nutrition is very helpful in achieving your health goals.
I can see you are give the best on your workout 🔥
Keep doing great job with your friends
