LifeStyle. How our habits change

Greetings to all!

How are our habits changing because of the pandemic? 8 years ago I came to Italy and I saw the smiling faces of Italians. They hugged and kissed their friends and acquaintances.

None of my husband's friends knew me, but they all greeted me with hugs and kisses. For me, it was not very pleasant, because I saw these people for the first time.

But it was a habit to express a friendly greeting! Now this habit is no longer there. It took one year for people to stop hugging and kissing. All stand at a distance from each other.

Even among relatives, this is not the case. It's a good thing that only the grandchildren continue to allow them to be kissed and hugged. They reach out to me.

The second habit of Italians is coffee. Many Italians never eat breakfast at home. It is a tradition to stop by the bar in the morning, grab a cup of coffee-a stretto and a croissant, a fresh newspaper and have a leisurely coffee.

This tradition no longer exists. The bars are closed. But I still think that the tradition of drinking coffee in the bar will return.

My girlfriend and I are waiting for the bars to open, so we can definitely have coffee at the summer tables outside.

Yeah, it’s been surprising to see which habits stick and which ones fade. For example, I’ve kept up with my home workouts, but I’ve noticed that I’m spending more time socializing in person again, whereas during the pandemic, everything was virtual. I think some habits, like setting boundaries with technology, will stick around for a while because they’ve had such a positive impact on my mental health. On the flip side, I’m slowly getting back into a more flexible schedule with work, balancing remote and office time. It’s all about finding what works best and adapting as needed. Speaking of adapting, if you’re thinking about making changes to your home environment—whether for productivity or comfort—check out Doors installation in San-Francisco https://consolewindows.com/doors-installation-replacement-san-francisco/. Sometimes upgrading your physical space can complement the lifestyle changes you’re making, like letting more natural light into your home or creating a peaceful, private space. It’s all about creating an environment that supports the new you!

Greetings from coffee roaster. yes the habit is really changes, hope everything will be better.

I believe we will see some of these things return. I am looking forward to getting coffee with my friends and coworkers again.

Personally, I started my morning with a cup of coffee! Go here for quality coffee. The main ingredient in coffee is caffeine. It is a stimulant for the body's systems: it improves brain function, speeds up heart function, and stimulates the gallbladder. But if you abuse the drink, it can lead to negative consequences: tremors, high blood pressure, heartburn, insomnia.

I rarely let new people into my life. I feel most comfortable socializing with people I have known for many years. But if I have a friend or a good acquaintance, I check them out through http://radaris.de/ This is the best site for finding people in the UK, and I have used it many times. There are county court records and federal civil records there - for all the areas where the person matching your criteria lived.

I am Italian, and I confirm what has been said. For me, coffee and a croissant in the morning are a must. Without them, I wouldn't be able to start the day off right
