A creation from Malaysia originally with the name 'Burger Kahwin' which means 'Marriage Burger' in English, this burger has made it on every roadside burger stall in Malaysia.
It's basically a double patty burger, 1 chicken patty and 1 beef patty.
With this as inspiration, I made my version of the 'Burger Kahwin' for my food truck and delivery business. It's been a hit people especially big eaters. One guy said it's the best of both worlds which is our Signature Cheeseburger (a beef burger) and our Cajun Chicken Burger.
I called it 'The Chief' by using the first 3 letters of the word CHI-CKEN and the last 2 letters of the word BE-EF which you'll get CHI-EF. And it definitely also fits the burger description which is, "A burger fit for a chief".
Mine is a double cheese burger with our 2 signature patties, beef and chicken, and laced with a spicy garlic aioli with some crunchy iceberg lettuce and all sandwich in our bun of the day.
Here in this pic we're using a wholemeal bun and man it's super delicious and will give you a food comma for the next couple hours.
