Tasty tacos with Chickweed inside!

Mama-Pepper had wanted some fresh garden greens for our tacos last night. Monster Truck the Pepper went up to get some Kale, but then I noticed that the wild "weed" Chickweed was rampant in a few areas. We decided that we'd do a bot of "weeding" along with the harvesting of the Kale, and soon, the Chickweed was joining us for dinner!

    Our big harvest is parsley here all winter it grows like a weeds. Looks like a great meal.
