RECIPE : POTATO, CAPSICUM AND MUSHROOM FRIED
510 gm Potatoes
( Boil the potatoes, peel off the skin and cut into small
cubes. Keep aside.)
Oil As required
1 tsp Mustard seeds
½ tsp Cumin seeds
8 Dried Red chili
500 gm Small onion slice
3 stick Curry leaves
1 whole Garlic (cut into strips)
1 tsp Ginger paste
6 Bird's eye chili sliced
1 Tomato chopped
1 Red capsicum( cut into cubes )
250 gm White button mushroom (Cut into 4 pieces)
Salt to taste
Add the spices below:
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
3 tsp Chicken masala powder
Add the boiled potato
3 tbsp Fried cashew nut
