What is your preference while making decisions, heart or mind? |

Since it is difficult to distinguish between the two as both must go hand in hand, I would give more importance to the mind.To me, a decision of the mind saves you from regretting later, while a decision of the heart often brings you down.It seems that a mistake has been made by following the words of the heart, so one should follow the mind.The decisions that a person takes from the mind are completely thought out, they take decisions by looking at the ground realities and seeing the profit and loss, so the decisions of the mind are the best.
In the Qur'an, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala said in verse 190 of Surah Imran, the earth, the sky, the clouds, these signs are for those who have reason. Allah has given importance to intellect, therefore intellect is important .Although the choice of the mind is more correct, it is difficult to give up the things that our heart chooses.

Different situations may require different choices. Sometimes, following your heart means doing what you love, what makes you happy, or what feels right. Other times, following your mind means using logic, reason, or evidence to make a decision. To lead a prosperous life it is better to maintain a balance between the two, while in the battle of heart and mind, the decision should be in favor of the mind.

I am a practical thinker, I make decisions based on facts and observations.Emotional decisions are raw, short-lived or momentary. And rational decisions are long-term and long-term, so one should never decide on emotions.The best and most comprehensive decision is always the one that does not involve selfishness, but involves the good of all, and this law applies to business as well as to relationships at home.

It is important to use the intellect, but sometimes one must also listen to the heart, which is based on universal vibrational energy. The work of the intellect is to create knowledge which it does continuously but the protection of those sciences is possible only when they take the form of emotions, so take the full work of your mind (intellect) and then transfer them to the heart (emotions). So my advice is to live a life with a balance between both mind and heart so that you can be happy.
