This blog is my official participation entry for the Steemit Engagement Challenge S7/W4 | If you get a chance to visit the past with a time machine, which era would you like to dwell in and why contest, which is organised by @meraindia. Thankyou for the contest, which had totally interesting and fantasy theme. Lets get into my time travel blog.

1. Which era would you like to visit with the time machine and why?

If given the chance to travel back in time with a time machine, I would choose to visit the Renaissance era, specifically the 15th and 16th centuries in Italy. The Renaissance was a period of immense cultural, artistic, and scientific growth, and I would love the opportunity to witness and experience it first-hand.

One of the main reasons I would choose this era is because of the incredible art that was produced during this time. Painters such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, and Raphael created masterpieces that have stood the test of time and continue to inspire and amaze people to this day. I would love to see these works of art in their original form and observe the creative process that went into creating them.
Another reason I would choose the Renaissance is because of the remarkable advancements made in science, medicine, and philosophy during this time. This era saw the birth of modern science and the development of new ideas and theories that continue to shape our understanding of the world today. I would be fascinated to witness and learn from the great minds of the time, such as Galileo Galilei and Nicolaus Copernicus.

I would like to travel with my friends to the Renaissance era. Renaissance was a time of great cultural and social change, with a renewed interest in classical culture, the arts, and education that I can enjoy and learn with my friends. I would love to be a part of this movement and experience the birth of modern humanism with my friends, which emphasises the value and dignity of the individual.

3. If you get a chance to compile one thing from that era, what would you like to bring with you?

If given the opportunity to compile one item from the Renaissance era, I would choose to bring a painting by one of the great master artists of the time, such as Leonardo da Vinci or Michelangelo.

A painting by one of these masters would not only be a beautiful and inspiring work of art, but it would also be a testament to the incredible talent and creativity of the people of the Renaissance.
